I choose to be at the table with management because I enjoy helping businesses thrive and succeed. I particularly enjoy the different roles I get to play while working with management. Specifically, I have the opportunity to be a litigator and advocate; an advisor and counselor, and a trainer and educator. One of my favorite aspects of the work I do is developing practical and time-saving strategies to motivate and empower managers while enabling them to supervise properly and efficiently thereby reducing their exposure to legal claims.
