"What I like most about my work is having the opportunity to learn about my clients’ businesses. Not only is it fascinating to me to understand the ins and outs of the specific work they do, their operations, and the nature of their industry, but also, with this knowledge, I am able to develop the best strategies for them, ones that are tailored to their particular needs. My own background in business enables me to serve clients in a unique way as well. Through this experience, I understand the importance of risk assessment. When you work with me, you won’t receive an emphatic “no” or some unintelligible “wishy-washy” response, which sometimes seems to be the standard lawyer-practitioner response to client questions when risk is involved. When you work with me, you will receive not only information about the level of risk involved in a particular business decision, but also both a legal and a business solution."
