MCAD Dismissal Achieved by Royal Attorneys

Royal attorneys obtained a lack of probable cause finding in a disability discrimination and retaliation complaint filed against our client. Royal attorneys argued that the Complainant was a poor performer and had not satisfied various work requirements, which are legitimate, non-discriminatory and non-retaliatory reasons for discharge.

The MCAD agreed with our argument and dismissed the case against our client for lack of probable cause.
