RICHR Dismisses Case in Favor of Royal Client

Royal, P.C. successfully obtains dismissal of case from the Rhode Island Commission on Human Rights. The former employee argued that they were discriminated against on the basis of sex.  Royal attorneys argued that the Complainant was not subjected to disparate treatment during employment, and that Complainant was not subjected to discrimination by our client.

The Rhode Island Commission for Human Rights agreed with Royal, P.C., and found a lack of probable cause which resulted in a dismissal of the case.
