Royal Attorneys Obtain Lack of Probable Cause Dimissal

Royal attorneys obtained a lack of probable cause finding for a non-profit organization at the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination. The Complainant alleged discrimination on the basis of race, color, gender, and retaliation.  Royal attorneys argued that Complainant was given a written warning for actions jeopardizing a patient's safety and later changed Complainant's job responsibilities as a result of unacceptable use of work time, and that no alleged discriminatory actions occurred.

The Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination agreed with us, and dismissed the case against our client.
