Royal Attorneys Successfully Obtain Dismissal of Case at the MCAD

Royal attorneys successfully obtain a dismissal on the basis of lack of probable cause in a case against a regional non-profit organization. The Complainant alleged discrimination on the basis of race and color. Royal attorneys argued that the Complainant could not establish a prima facie case of discrimination. Royal attorneys also argued that our client had clear and legitimate non-discriminatory business purposes for terminating Complainant's employment, and that Complainant lacks support for a claim because no discriminatory motive was present.

The Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination agreed with us, and dismissed the case against our client.
