Royal Obtains Lack of Probable Cause Finding in Race Case

Attorney Amy Royal successfully argued that a race discrimination case brought against a regional non-profit organization warrants dismissal when the ex-employee was replaced by someone of the same race, and employees of other races were terminated for the same reasons.  The Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination agreed with Attorney Royal, and dismissed the case against our client.
