Royal, P.C. Attorneys Obtain Lack of Probable Cause Finding in Discrimination Charge

Royal attorneys successfully argued that a disability discrimination case brought against a car dealership warrants dismissal.  The former employee argued that they were discriminated against on the basis of an alleged disability.  Royal attorneys argued that the client had no notice of the alleged disability as the former employee had failed to disclose the alleged disability at the time of hire, or at any other point during their employment with the client.  The Rhode Island Commission for Human Rights agreed with Royal, P.C., and found a lack of probable cause
