Royal, P.C. Obtains Dismissals in Two Related Cases

The Royal attorneys successfully obtained the dismissal of two related charges brought against a nonprofit organization.  The former employees argued that they were discriminated against on the basis of race, color, and gender.  Royal attorneys argued that the employees disobeyed supervisors’ orders and falsified company records as well as failed to report their whereabouts while having clients in their care.  The Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination agreed with the attorneys at Royal, P.C., and dismissed the case(s).
