Royal P.C. Successfully Obtains Lack of Probable Cause Dismissal

Royal attorneys successfully obtain a dismissal on the basis of lack of probable cause in a case against a regional non-profit organization. The Complainant alleged discrimination on the basis of age and race/color.

Royal attorneys argued that the Complainant could not establish a prima facie case of discriminatory termination. Royal attorneys also argued that our client had clear and legitimate non-discriminatory purposes for terminating Complainant's employment, and were without pretext. Complainant lacks support for a claim because no discriminatory motive was present.

The Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination agreed with us, and dismissed the case against our client.
