Royal Successfully Obtains Lack of Probable Cause Finding

Royal attorneys obtained a lack of probable cause finding for a non-profit organization at the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination. The Complainant alleged discrimination on the basis of age and race/color during hiring.  Royal attorneys argued that there were non-discriminatory reasons for the positions for which Complainant applied and was not selected, therefore there is insufficient evidence of pretext.  The Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination agreed with us, and dismissed the case against our client.
