Royal Successfully Obtains Lack of Probable Cause Finding

Royal attorneys successfully argued that a disability discrimination case brought against a regional non-profit organization warrants dismissal when the ex-employee was granted short-term disability leave and accommodations, but failed to return or provide notice in a timely manner. The Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination agreed with Royal, P.C., and dismissed the case against our client.
