Developing a Corporate Philosophy Toward Employment Practices Liability

Published:  April 14, 2017

Employment practices liability insurance (EPLI) is not a panacea. There are several factors to consider when making a decision to purchase it or not.  On April 14th, attorney Amy Royal presented an overview of the types of claims these policies generally cover and exclude.  She identified the ten most important considerations you should be aware of when assessing whether a particular EPLI policy is right for your company. Those who attended this roundtable are now able to make an informed decision about EPLI, and equipped with the fundamentals needed in order to begin developing your own corporate philosophy and approach to managing employment claims.  The roundtable was hosted by the Employers Association of the NorthEast, and held at Meyers Brothers Kalicka in Holyoke, MA.
