On May 9, 2016, Royal, P.C.presented an informational seminar for the Westfield Chamber of Commerce on the topic of employers' record keeping requirements. The discussion provided an overview of state and federal record-keeping requirements, and covered which records must be saved, where records must be kept, and how long records must be retained pursuant to a variety of employment laws.
