Heather Child

Bio

Heather Child serves as Royal’s Chief Operations Officer.  As the COO, Heather is in charge of all aspects of law firm operations and law firm management. Heather manages the law firm’s business development and marketing strategies and also serves as a paralegal at the firm. Her paralegal training includes certification from Boston University’s Paralegal Studies program. As a Royal paralegal, Heather assists attorneys in litigation management, including drafting pleadings, discovery, and motions. She also organizes and maintains federal litigation files, pre-trial documents, exhibits, and evidence. In addition, Heather serves as the firm’s billing specialist. Heather has received training in a multitude of electronic billing platforms and implements billing guidelines. 

Heather received her Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

Heather loves traveling, hiking, reading, yoga, skiing, drawing/painting, and going to the beach. She is also an avid runner, and has completed a half marathon.
