Royal Attorneys Successful in Obtaining Dismissal at MCAD
Royal attorneys successfully obtained a lack of probable cause finding at the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination in a case against our client, a large not-for-profit organization. The Complainant alleged discrimination against our client on the basis of disability and retaliation. Royal attorneys argued that the Complainant had ongoing performance problems and was not performing the essential functions of the job. MCAD agreed with our argument, and dismissed the case against our client.
