Royal Obtains Dismissal at MCAD for Client

Royal attorneys obtained a lack of probable cause finding at the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination in a COVID-related lay-off case. The Complainant alleged discrimination against our client on the basis of age and sex. Royal attorneys argued that there were staff reductions in all departments as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic The MCAD agreed with our argument and dismissed the case against our client.
