Bio
Emily Day joined The Royal Law Firm in 2024 as an intern and is now a law clerk at the firm. She manages attorney calendars and schedules, and assists attorneys with litigation management, including drafting pleadings, discovery, and motions. Emily also conducts legal research and organizes and maintains federal litigation files, pre-trial documents, exhibits, and evidence.
Emily is an undergraduate student at Western New England University, double majoring in General Business and Political Science, with triple minors in Enterprise Resource Planning with SAP, Public Administration, Campaigns and Elections; and two certificates in SAP and Human Resources Management.
Emily holds several leadership positions at Western New England University, including President of the Class of 2027, President of the Model UN Club, President of the Campus Activities Board, and President of the Pre-Law Society. She is also a member of the Omicron Delta Kappa and Beta Gamma Sigma honor societies.
