Krupa M. Kotecha is Chief Strategy and Advancement Officer at The Royal Law Firm, where she leads strategic initiatives aimed at attorney development, operational consistency, and sustainable firm growth. A distinguished former BigLaw attorney with deep expertise in Compensation and Employment Law, she plays a key strategic role in shaping the firm’s growth trajectory, aligning legal talent, business development, and operational priorities to ensure long-term sustainability and impact.

She has advised businesses on a wide range of employment matters, including the design and implementation of compensation programs, regulatory compliance, workforce transitions, and high-stakes disputes. Her approach is grounded in pragmatic, results-oriented solutions that help clients navigate complexity with clarity.
